Renovation of an existing home.

The owners of this mountain property contacted our team to assist them with a total landscape make-over. Key project goals included definition of the desired guest access route to the front door, located on the side of the house. A paver walkway from the new driveway defines the traveled way to the front door; a water feature was introduced at the front entry to greet guests and serves as a focal point from the study. Access around the home is achieved with natural stone staircases around both sides, which provide a connection to the lower basement level. A new overhead structure defines the patio space and provides volume over the custom fire pit. Adjacent the fire pit patio is another water feature and outdoor kitchen.
