A custom waterfront home on Mica Bay.

This amazing waterfront home took nearly 3 years to complete. The site was once the location for 2 small guest cabins. The new home was sited as close as possible to the water to increase beach access. A sea wall elevates the the grade to protect the home from spring flood waters. A water feature was designed to collect perennial spring water and redirect it around the home. The landscape features a large fire pit and patio for seating, a semi-recessed hot tub off the lower guest bedroom, native landscape, a heated driveway, and custom concrete and paver design in the auto court.
