Description:
The 60+ acre Trails is a multi-phase residential development that provides opportunities for outdoor recreation. Through the use of a “greenbelt” style pedestrian experience and landscape elements, it ties the built environment to nature.
Detailed entry sign solutions, enhanced vehicular roundabout treatments, and the sprawling greenbelt system define the character of the neighborhood. PLACE’s team of landscape architects created a seven-acres community park that is directly adjacent to the Centennial Trail.
