Description: The Trails is a multi-phase residential development that provides opportunities for outdoor recreation. Through the use of a “greenbelt” style pedestrian experience and landscape elements, it ties the built environment to nature.

More Details: Detailed entry sign solutions, enhanced vehicular roundabout treatments, and the sprawling greenbelt system define the character of the neighborhood. PLACE’s team of landscape architects created a seven-acres community park that is directly adjacent to the Centennial Trail.
