Description: The Enclave community park serves residents of the gated Enclave residential development with upscale amenities not typically found in parks of this type. A large community table with accent tree plantings within paved areas and custom lighting highlight the central community space.

Client:

More Details: Other amenities include a community garden and enhanced entries into the community with custom fencing/entry gate features, low-voltage lighting, and enhanced plantings. The aesthetic of the park enhances the luxurious feel of the housing development, and create a dynamic multi-use environment, with open space that bridges the community and creates comfort. Special issues / technical challenges included custom site furnishing detailing, technical detailing of sports facilities, and custom site lighting throughout the park. Custom concrete and steel park tables and benches were designed and fabrication was coordinated by PLACE. This was challenging not only to find skilled tradesman to construct the furnishings but also required blending restrictive structural engineering with an aesthetic eye for design. Custom pickleball courts were designed with site lighting, fencing, and surfacing/drainage in mind. Custom site lighting was included throughout the primary community spaces to ensure safety and increase visibility in highly used public spaces. All work was completed within budgets and time-frame established by the client.
