Scope: Schematic Design, Design Development, Preparation of Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
Description: Coeur d’Alene National Reserve, (CDAN), formerly Rock Creek Golf Club, is currently building a new long-awaited clubhouse. Our team provided schematic design and preliminary layout services as well as comprehensive detailing of a variety of site elements. Phase 2 of the project included permit and construciton documents for the approved Design Development package.

More Details: The new facility will provide much needed member services to the club. New amenities include locker rooms, various dining experiences, cart storage, outdoor patios, and a practice green. The new secondary entry access point features a guard shack and entry gates that lead to residential developments within the golf course as well as the clubhouse.
