Maeve is a University of Washington senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. She is driven to design for the betterment of all beings, transform stark urban landscapes into beautiful green spaces, and give people a chance to form a relationship with the natural world. Through this internship, she hopes to apply what she has gained from her academic journey to the real world of Landscape Architecture, collaborate with professionals who have diverse backgrounds and expertise, and gain insight into Place’s holistic approach to design. 

 

While her passion for Landscape Architecture has grown during her time in school, her love for the natural world has always been a part of her life. Most of her hobbies revolve around being outside, camping, skiing, and hiking with her friends and family. Maeve is excited to step into the professional realm of Landscape Architecture.
