Maeve is a Landscape Designer at PLACE LA and a recent graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. She is driven to design for the betterment of all beings—transforming stark urban landscapes into beautiful, resilient green spaces and giving people the chance to form meaningful relationships with the natural world.

Maeve brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to her work, informed by her academic training and a lifelong connection to the outdoors. She is eager to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and contribute to PLACE LA’s mission of creating places that strengthen both communities and ecosystems.

Her love of the natural world has always been central to her life. Most of her free time is spent outside—camping, skiing, and hiking with friends and family. Maeve is excited to continue growing as a designer and to help shape landscapes that invite people into closer relationship with nature.
