Madi recently completed her freshman year at Montana State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Environmental Design. Her interest in Landscape Architecture is driven by a desire to create spaces that promote sustainability, foster community, and inspire meaningful interaction. She is particularly drawn to the design of residential environments and their potential to enhance everyday life. Through this internship, Madi hopes to gain a deeper understanding of the design process, including how firms communicate ideas both visually and verbally, and how sustainability is integrated into practice. She is excited for the opportunity to join the team at PLACE Landscape Architecture and looks forward to learning from experienced professionals while contributing to a variety of projects.

Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family and has a strong appreciation for music and the natural environment.
