Description:
Schweitzer Mountain continues its modernization and expansion of amenities with the introduction of the Northern Lights Condos. This new condo building accommodates 23 units and is situated atop a large public parking structure, seamlessly integrating with the natural surroundings of the expansive ski mountain.
The design focused on harmoniously blending the condominiums into the mountain terrain, providing outdoor spaces and pathways that cater to bikers and skiers accessing the amenities from the condos. Native plants and the mountain cultivars were carefully selected for the landscaping, softening the architectural façade and outdoor areas with a natural palette.
