Description: Midtown is a proposed mixed-use building featuring commercial / retail space on the street level, and 2 stories of residential units above.  The proposed development features additional parking enhanced public access, and open space amenities.  The project is located on 4th Avenue in Coeur d’Alene Idaho and is walking distance from the downtown corridor and a variety of shopping and dining experiences.
