Peirone Produce’s enhanced warehouse facility, located in the West Plains, is a state-of-the-art produce warehouse facility. When collaborating with the owner, he expressed a strong desire to develop a campus that signified the core values of the company and the operation; he wanted the new facility to feel welcoming and announce it’s uniqueness to employees and visitors alike. Substantial earthen berms were constructed so that the meandering pathway and clusters of planting pockets would all be intertwined, reflective of the bountiful Palouse region.
