Our design process is custom tailored for each project and is based upon composing personal experiences within the spaces we create. Regardless of size or location, every project is important to us and an opportunity to implement innovative and creative solutions to complex problems while creating a sense of “PLACE”. We create inviting landscapes for luxury homes, community parks, and commercial spaces. Our services include design and permitting for building location, stormwater, grading, waterfront, shoreline and site disturbance.

Typically, we begin our preliminary design process by evaluating your specific project type, environmental context, and identifying project programming custom tailored to your needs.

We then identify site opportunities and constraints, and multiple ways to creatively incorporate primary elements.

Finally, we present our clients with multiple concepts and design alternatives for discussion and thorough evaluation to find a final solution.

REFINE
After the final design is selected, we proceed with digging into the finer details of making your project come to life with multiple opportunities for review and input along the way.

COORDINATE
Lastly, after design work is completed, we offer construction observation and coordination services to assist with contractor questions and ensure that the delivered product is of the highest quality.
